Required Reading
Your reading books
Your four required reading books provide information that enhances your studies and can fit well in daily life, whether it's whilst commuting to work, or as a relaxing ‘me-time’ weekend activity. Plus, you get to practise being a new version of yourself as you examine your life and grow through the process.

You will also have the opportunity for regular self-reflection so that you can keep track of how your own life is improving as a result of this course.

It is important for you to identify and set aside clear times in the diary, every week, for your studies and for attending your live contact times at our numerous events - a unique feature of our course.
